We are a growing NZ owned project management and advisory firm with five offices throughout the country offering our employees an array of different projects and assignments.
Our capabilities support multiple sectors including rail and road infrastructure, housing, airports, education, telecommunications and commercial/logistics. Our key service lines include project initiation, business cases, procurement, contract & commercial management, project controls and project delivery.
Specifically, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Managers (Senior Associate) to join our Christchurch and Queenstown teams. You will be a professional from a project management or related industry with a minimum of ten, preferably fifteen years practical experience in the planning, design and delivery of large civil infrastructure projects. You will have a good understanding of New Zealand ‘s construction industry, including the risk, commercial, legislative and compliance requirements of project delivery. You will be an excellent communicator and leader, with a high level of autonomy and integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Ideally you will have a strong engineering and commercial background underpinning the effective delivery of projects. You will preferably have experience planning and delivering projects in complex live environments. You must have proven experience in leading teams and be very familiar with the professional services environment and managing stakeholder expectations.
