Key Accounts Finance Support

• High volume Accounts Payable
• Onehunga location
• Full time - Permanent role - Standard office hours
• $55,000 per annum

You will be responsible for:

• On charging invoices from third party subcontractors servicing National Accounts, processing over 500 invoices monthly and dealing with 50+ subcontractors
• Processing rebate payments to National Account customers
• Ensuring records for our on charging and rebate terms are maintained and quality checks are performed monthly to ensure invoices have been coded correctly

We are seeking:

• Previous background in Accounts Payable - processing high volume amounts each month
• Detailed orientated and high accuracy skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
• Possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - particularly in Excel
• Availability to start immediately!
