This role is the perfect combination of sales support, customer service and sales estimation. The key requirement of this position is to ensure that pricing requests are completed in a timely manner. You will be receiving incoming calls from trade customers, providing pricing information and preparing quotations, as well as resolving general customer enquiries. Working closely with experienced Account Managers & Senior leaders in the business, you will support our trade customers ensuring they experience the best service. You will be assisting on a range of projects liaising regularly with our subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and attention to detail that will enable you to ensure our products are delivered in full and on time. You will be computer literate and will possess good numerical skills. You’ll also have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and have keen attention to detail and accuracy.
