Fluid Recruitment is delighted to facilitate the recruitment drive for a Dunedin based mid tier CA firm. It is very progressive, currently around 40 staff and set up in one of the best office spaces in Dunedin.
Management will consider either a strong junior with relevant skills and experience, or an driven intermediate searching for opportunities and a great culture fit.

About the Role
As a junior/intermediate accountant you will gain invaluable exposure to a varied client base and will be able to hone your skills in a wide range of compliance and advisory work. It's a great chance to build technical competence across the board, from which you can steer your career in the direction of your choice. There are absolutely no barriers to advancement, like there may be in other large firms, for someone who is eager to learn.
- Preparation of financial reports, tax returns and GST returns
- Create monthly accounts
- Engage in ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Support on various accounting projects
- Client facing across a range of industries and business sizes
Skills and Experience
- Working towards your CA qualifications
- Teriary qualified with a strong academic record
- An ability to communicate across all levels
- A hunger to learn, grow and contribute to meaningful work
- Ideally some previous experience in a similar local CA environment
