Site Manager x 2 (Developer)
Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking Property Development & Construction Company. The Company is a privately-owned family business and was founded in 1996. With a vast knowledge base in project, site and people management across a diverse range of commercial, industrial and residential projects, the company ensure top performance and reliability enabling our client to achieve high standards of quality workmanship to satisfy the sectors needs. Due to continued growth the company is seeking two site managers with strong experience working on projects from foundation through to finish.
Job title: Site Manager x 2 (Developer)
Company type: Developer/Contractor
Contract type: Contractor (PAYE or GST)
Contract duration: 6-month contract
Location: Auckland
Salary: $60-80 PH
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications & programme
- Ordering materials
- Health and Safety
- Stakeholder management
- Planning and programming using MS Project
- Preparing site reports
- Ensuring the package is delivering on time and to quality of brief
