The Role
Our Construction Services experts provide project, programme management and associated specialist consultancy services to private and public sector clients. Due to an internal transfer, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior or Principal Project Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will deliver Project Management consulting services on small, medium and large projects for a variety of clients. You will also be contributing to business development and marketing of our Construction Services business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of individual projects to a client or as part of a team.
- Liaising with all stakeholders and managing health & safety, time, cost and quality components.
- Effectively communicating project goals and work expectations.
- Reporting both formally and informally.
- Participating in business planning and assessment of achievements/progress against targets.
About You
You will have at least 10 years consultancy experience as a Project Manager which includes:
- Strong building / property project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage clients and projects.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure tight deadlines are met.
- Able to work within a project team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven people and communication skills.
