Livingstone’s continues to Build Excellence within the industrial and commercial sector, and as we continue to grow we now have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding Auckland team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project activities and resources to ensure that the project is built safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Our Auckland team is small but growing so this is a rare opportunity to become a key player in a team that is going places.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Trade Carpentry qualification
- Project Management qualification an advantage
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Ability to read and interpret business site plans and specification
- Ability to lead and manage staff and subcontractors
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and planning skills
