Our client who is one of the leading top tier companies of the NZ Civil Industry, is looking for an expert Supervisor to take over a well performing construction team. With another successful project on their books commencing soon, now is the time to show your interest.

This rewarding role will see the successful candidate take over an existing construction team with their own designated projects to take from start to finish. A major focus of this role demands a candidate who has an track record of man management expertise along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a previous Supervisor role. Coupled with a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering large civil projects to a high standard, this role will see you challenged to think outside the square and lead the construction team from the front whilst offering quality training to your staff.

Preferably coming from a relevant trade’s background, you will have a well-rounded knowledge of civil construction as well as being a clear communicator to all levels of staff. With a diverse group of employees in your team, you will have an adaptable management style with a real emphasis on the implementation of a second to none Health & Safety programme. A well rounded background in various civil projects is desired, with a problem solving attitude.
