An existing aluminium joinery business is expanding into the Hawkes Bay and requires an experienced person to manage the day to day operation including customer relationships, quoting, and manufacturing. This is an opportunity to build a business from the ground up, and to make it the way it should be!
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in the construction industry in a similar role or as a fabricator of aluminium joinery.
The successful applicant must be able to:
- Understand the building process
- Create and follow systems and processes
- Be able to build and manage a team
- Manage their time, and work to deadlines
- Have extremely good attention to detail
You will have the advantage of utilising the existing knowledge and systems from a successful fabricator. If you enjoy starting and growing a new operation and creating a great team of people, this is an opportunity for you.
