This main contractor has established themselves in Auckland having delivered some of Auckland’s most iconic multi-storey construction projects to date. Operating with a collaborative mentality towards delivering their projects and ethical principles in place this company has low staff turnover and plenty of their repeat business due to strong staff engagement and high quality of their delivery.   
With an iconic 16 storey apartment block in the project pipeline, this company is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to continue progress towards their long term growth strategy.
This company solely operates in the negotiated market and manages the whole construction process from conception to completion therefore you’ll never lack significant, complex projects to get stuck into.
For you to be successful you must be able to demonstrate experience delivering commercial projects such as multi-storey apartments, office blocks and hotels with a large financial value circa $40 million.  
You must have the following:

• A relevant construction qualification.
• A proven track record on successfully delivering commercial construction projects valued from $40 million+ within budget and on time. 
• The eligibility to work and live in New Zealand
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with other team members and build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
