Versatile Thames  is growing and we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Actively working alongside your customers ensuring they are kept informed at every stage of the building process through to handover
• Managing your build teams through, project planning, scheduling and ensuring build costs are managed to budget
• You will be liaising with sub-contractors and council
• Monitoring and driving health and safety improvements on all our building sites

• What will allow you to succeed?

• You will have background in the building or construction industry
• You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build trust with your team and customers
• You will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, in a calm and professional way
• A proven ability to get things done
• You will have excellent problem-solving abilities and will quickly identify the best solution in response to the challenges we face in our building projects
