ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• A medium-sized surveying firm
• Undertakes a variety of survey work in the greater Auckland area
• Work includes Land Transfer Subdivisions (Both Rural & Urban), Topographical site plans, Engineering design and Set-out and Resource Management Planning
• Utilising the latest survey equipment and specialist expertise
• Team of around 10

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client liaison
• Land Transfer and setout work
• Land Development and infrastructure projects
• Producing reports for both your team and clientele
• Using the latest software including Civil 12D

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Relevant Land Surveying qualification
• Experience in NZ within the Land Development industry
• Good working knowledge of council’s district planning requirements
• Between 2-6 years of NZ experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
