About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and customer relationship management.
  • Quantity Surveying / Estimating, and managing tender processes and RFQ documents.
  • Procure stock orders and liaise with suppliers on product deliveries.
  • Conduct full budget and quality control per respective project.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Managing and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs,projects, services provided, and persons affected.
  • Reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Preparation of respective health ans safety documentation i.e site-specific safety plans and ensuring all standards and regulations are met.
  • Project financial reports and invoicing of all project products and services.

Skills and experience

You need to have 5 years of Project Management experience with a track record to deliver projects on time and within budget. You need to be able to handle a variety of responsibilities in a medium size business and the desire to work independently, responsible for running complex projects from start to finish.

You will also have a:

  • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in procurement including management of tender processes.
  • The ability to take responsibility for the implementation of aspects of projects which may be high profile and complex.
  • Proven ability to anticipate, identify and solve project problems.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a track record of operating efficiently with a dynamic and changing working environment.
  • You will be accurate in your work, have excellent oral and written communication skills and be willing to take on new tasks and have a 'Can do' attitude.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and ideally come from an interiors / Fit-out background.
  • Management skills are essential as the direction and guidance of contractors and teams is a major element of this position.
  • This role requires an individual who is organised, has high attention to detail.
  • Extremely meticulous and fervent on high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Full Driver's license.
