The Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Estimator/Project Manager to join their team.  

Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Manage day to day site operations of allocated projects
• Manage labour and materials daily
• Manage prices and cost of projects
• Assist Key stakeholders 
• Implement and maintain all building plans and documents
• Quality assurance 
• Deal with sub-contractors regularly 
• Council Code of Compliance
• Health and Safety - monitor/maintain site safety procedures
• Customer focus, support and problem solve
• Maintain relationships with clients 
• Adhere to the Company Values

• Construction Estimator and Project Manager experience required
• Experience on Residential construction projects  
• Effective time management skills
• Prioritise work and meet deadlines 
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written 
• Computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office and Builder Trend software 
• Team player with a good sense of humour 
• Current Full NZ driver licence
