The Dunedin City Council’s Asset and Facilities Management Group is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City’s extensive property network. We are offering you the opportunity to grow your career in assisting the Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at Dunedin City Council. We are looking for a motivated individual with trades experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical or other utility environment, who will be working as part of the team which ensures the delivery of Dunedin’s property maintenance services.
You will be responsible for the programming approval, inspection and auditing of maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and dealing with customer service requests. You will have good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be well organised, and focused on completing tasks promptly to high professional standards.
