Are you a Project Coordinator who can start in 1-2 weeks from a Construction or Engineering background?
Your new company
Your new company is a locally-owned specialist engineering and construction consultancy with over 70 years local and international experience providing seismic engineering and project services
Your new role
- To liaise with projects sales staff
- At the outset of each project, to prepare a detailed project timeline and schedule
- To document and maintain all project transactions
- To regularly visit construction sites, liaising with site staff to ensure the smooth running of the project
- To conduct post project reviews identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, profit etc
- To assist in the preparation of tenders as required.
- To attend and contribute in weekly project/production meetings
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in similar role
- Can develop positive relationships and has fantastic interpersonal skills
- Fast leaner, quick to adapt and a great attitude
