The purpose of the Project Manager, is to work closely with the Programme Director to ensure that all project management, administration, planning and reporting requirements are aligned with the project’s overall objectives and are delivered efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role you must have experience and involvement in development of construction / property projects with full accountability having regard to project management disciplines.

Ideally, you will have Project Management experience within the public sector. You will be skilled in planning, risk management and managing and monitoring of construction contracts.

In addition to the above, you must be proactive and both client and outcome focussed and able to demonstrate passion to deliver outstanding results.
