Growth has been steady and they have established a regular turnover around $50million. Projects consist of commercial, apartments, fit-out, education and retirement work, typically up to around $10million in value.
With over 4 years of work secured, Franklin Smith are assisting this ‘award winning’ company with the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee the delivery to ensure projects come in on programme and budget
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team tasked with the on-site delivery
- Ensure established quality assurance procedures are adhered to
- Enforce best practice and adhere to company policies
- Provide regular internal and external reports to both customers and the general manager
- Manage the turnover, margin and cash flow of your projects
- Report financial results and QA requirements to general manager as required
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with the client and capitalise on opportunities that fit the strategic plan for the company
- Effectively communicate relevant program information to general manager
- Ensure projects deliver superior solutions to the customer
To be successful in your application you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial projects up to $30million in New Zealand. In addition, you will have a strong business acumen and excellent communication/organisational skills.
