Site Manager- Night Shift

Reporting to the Construction Director, this role will see you providing direct management and coordination of site workface activities in order to achieve project objectives/targets in relation to time, cost, quality, safety and relationships. You will liaise and co-ordinate with other specialist team managers/teams such as Building Services, Engineering, Package Managers, Safety Advisors and Programming etc as well as managing all subcontractors. This role is covering the nightshift between the hours of 3pm to 12am (44 hrs per week), Monday to Friday.

Ideally you will have previous experience in Fit out, Building Services and Health and Safety. You will have at least 7 years’ experience in an operational construction role, experience in managing aspects of complex/large scale projects and previous people management experience. You have a high level of interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure as well as excellent organisation and time management skills.
