Are you looking for the opportunity to be working for an established company with an excellent reputation?

Our client has been in business for many years and has established themselves as a household name within the Auckland construction market. They have recently won a number of new projects and have ongoing significant new builds underway that will require additional hands on deck as they progress. They pride themselves on the company culture and their ability to deliver projects on time for clients. The bulk of their work is in central Auckland.

The Role

  
The company in question are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join the team. The role will involve regular engagement with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and council members. You will be trusted with managing projects from inception to completion with the company team backing you the whole way. The role is suited to an individual with experience in the Auckland construction market. Ideally they want somebody with 6/7 years' experience, a strong PM who is capable of full cycle management and has a track record of project delivery. 

The successful candidate will be assigned to a project they have starting in the next month. You will be working closely with the management team, an on site Engineer and the Site Manager. 

This role and company  will offer the right person a defined career path for the next 5 - 10 years. With a number of projects already lined up for the foreseeable future your career will go in the right direction with this organisation 

Duties 

• Working alongside clients, contractors, consultants and Council members
• Multi-site Project Management, driving construction progress on a daily basis
• Measuring project costs, budgets and time lines as per schedules
• Ensuring work is conducted under correct health and safety guidelines
• Present monthly reports outlining progress and expenditure
