Christchurch Accounting firm seeking experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join a very busy team!

Your new company is a mid-tier accountancy firm in Christchurch, known for working closely with clients and assisting them through their business development. This company understands that the need for accountants are changing and this firm is embracing change and still, throughout the years, are consistently delivering excellent service. Due to an increase of workflow, this Company is looking for an experienced senior CA to join their team and work closely with their Clients.
Your new role
You will be working with a team of about 20 accountants, overseeing the work of the younger members, monitor workflow as well as add value to the company by working closely with clients and build new business.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a senior-level New Zealand qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ/NZICA)
- You’ll have experience working in a senior position overseeing a BAS team in a true leadership role
- You will have good communication skills and be comfortable presenting yourself to co-workers and clients
- You are a positive individual with a can-do attitude
