About the Role
As one of the key roles in SWH, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide timely, accurate and detailed estimates for all builds
- Product selection delivers the customers' expectations for quality, appearance, and value
- Product selection provides a comprehensive, buildable, and cost-effective construction solution
- Take-offs (bill of materials) are prepared to completion accurately, and on time
- Provide timely advice on products and costs to staff
- Check that actual outcomes reflect initial estimations to maximize margin through regular reporting
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents including but not limited to; Project Costings, Programme, Design, Track Record, Capacity and Capability information.
- Work with the management team to develop business plans
About YOU
- Minimum 3 years' estimator experience in a relevant industry
- Working knowledge of preparation of feasibilities, budgets, variance analysis etc.
- Knowledge of residential construction practices and products
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools
