About you: 
Our Tauranga branch is looking for an experienced multi-skilled Operator that demonstrates ability, willingness and commitment to be multi-skilled and up-skilled. 

• Class 1 licence & WTR endorsement is a must, Class 2 would be advantageous
• Solid experience in operating multiple civil construction plant & equipment, including an Excavator & Loader. 
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
• Be a reliable, honest, flexible team-player
