Role available as a Construction Manager in a residential company based in East Auckland! This position is paying a salary of $80k-$110k plus a company vehicle.

One of New Zealand’s trusted residential housing companies is looking for a new Construction Coordinator to join their established company. This company specialises in design & build projects as well as high volume projects in East Auckland. You will be joining an established company with a proven track record of consistently delivering to their clients.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the New Zealand Construction Industry.
• Residential or commercial experience
• Thorough understanding of NZS 3604
• Sound understanding of construction plans
• Ability to programme projects
• Set up health & safety for each project
• Ability to go to site when required
• Excellent computer skills are essential
