A position has now arisen and I am seeking a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for Commercial Builds within the Auckland region which are generally ranging in value between $1-20 Million 
This is a great opportunity to join a local construction company with AWESOME directors and a great company culture with huge room to progress into a more senior role. You will have someone to always ask questions, and mentor you , gaining experience in fields you may not have worked in the past
 
You would be sole charge on site and reporting to the Construction Manager. If you are selected for this job, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site including managing Health and Safety, supervising work, managing the programme and quality assurance, managing subcontractors and ensuring day to day things on site are progressing on track, on time within budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day running of the site
• Maintaining all site records
• Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors
• Enforcing Health and Safety
• Implement Quality Control
• Be able to maintain/monitor/drive a construction program

• Minimum 5 years Site Management Experience, good sound knowledge of concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out.

WORK DETAILS
This position is site based. Working hours are normally 7.00am to 5.00pm or as required/needed, some Saturdays will be required. 
Must have clean NZ driver’s license
