Senior Project Manager

Winning projects across the country, this national contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
 
This contractor specialises in a wide range of commercial construction projects across the government, industrial, education, infrastructure, medical and commercial sectors nationally and have a large amount of new work coming in nationwide.
 
The Auckland based Project Manager position is a key role and would suit someone who is driven, focused and loves what they do. You would be part of the internal Project team to deliver complex project work, help build and maintain client relationships and continue to grow the business across the Auckland region. The majority of your experience would ideally be with a main contractor on either commercial construction or commercial interior projects over the $15m mark.
 
This role would require the Project Manager to be competent in writing tender packages and presentation packs for clients, some pricing, writing contract programmes and associated documents. The successful candidate would have good problem solving and communication skills, demonstrate sound leadership ability, be well presented and passionate about what they do.
