This large national commercial main contractor's name is synonymous with taking on the hardest and most challenging construction projects in the Wellington region. With a number of recent awards under their belt for technically difficult projects you will be joining a team of proven winners.

Due to consistent increased growth predicted over the next 2- 5 years they are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their cost management leadership team. Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager and with direct input to the Regional Manager you will be adept at leading teams and delivering large scale projects. You will need to be a competent, qualified Quantity Surveyor with proven ability on projects of at least $20M in value.

You will enjoy a set career path closely managed by local management and national HR - this could be towards a divisional management role or a technical lead. In addition you will be rewarded with a top salary package commensurate with your experience between $130K and $150K + vehicle.
