Due to continued growth and new projects awarded, one of the busiest commercial contractors in Wellington is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

This award winning private construction company covers projects in the education, health, aged care, retail and earthquake strengthening sector. Their projects typically range from $5m to in excess of $30m.
 
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with specific experience in cost planning, risk analysis, preparation of financial reports.
 
You will have experience in preparation of BoQ's and able to produce quick estimates, will have good computer skills, an analytical mind and a good understanding and practical knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans
