This local company is owned and operated by a group of very experienced and respected construction professionals in the Wellington region. They have a clear growth plan to break into big projects and they want you to be a part of their success.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, this Senior QS role has been created to due growth and the requirement for bigger project experience. Typically they deliver projects between $3M and $12M but have recently won projects between $20M and $30M in value for which they need experienced Quantity Surveyor's to drive.
You will join a team in growth mode and have the opportunity to lead projects, use the best available technology, join a leadership group and focus on developing your own construction career. In addition you receive annual flu injections and health check ups, an extra week's leave after 5 years service, an active social club and a real sense of belonging.
You will be rewarded with an above average market salary of between $120K and $150K plus the benefits listed above and a full use company vehicle.
