The Opportunity
We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Christchurch division and build on our successes; to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities. You will have a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.
The role includes estimating and preparing tenders, project financial management and administration of building contracts, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors, therefore proven experience in forecasting the outturn position of projects, and the skills to accurately forecast and report monthly on all financial aspects is essential.
You must be a team player, who takes personal ownership and responsibility for your results ensuring Best Practice principles are achieved.
