Our client is a national main contractor who offers construction solutions across commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential projects, valued up to $100million.
There is currently an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team and deliver large projects in Wellington.
Duties for this role will include:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
You will have a trade background and/or relevant qualification to be considered for this role. You will also have at least 5 years commercial construction experience in New Zealand. In return you will be rewarded with training, development and an outstanding salary package.
