The job will include but not be limited to:

• Direct, lead and supervise site staff
• Give clear direction and instructions to sub-contractors
• Adhere to quality assurance, carry out checks and raise any issues
• Work closely with the site manager to develop a detailed understanding of task requirements
• Comply with health and safety requirements, conduct weekly toolbox meetings and record all accidents and incidents

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in commercial construction
• Fully qualified in a services trade (preferably Electrical/Mechanical)
• Strong experience in QA and Health and Safety
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team on a construction site
• The attitude to take ownership of services installations
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
