Our client: A Construction Company based in Mount Maunganui working within the Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors in the greater Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. The role: We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator in compiling estimations, creating budgets, submitting tender documents, liaising with clients, site measures and take-off's. Your skills: Proven experience in a similar position – ideally commercial and industrial sectors. You will have strong commercial acumen and a mind capable of financial analysis. Maths and IT skills are important, as are strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. You’ll also need to be able to communicate well, verbally and in writing. Organisational and presentational skills are crucial, as is the ability to meet tight deadlines. We are looking for someone to add value and stability to the organisation.
