We offer our customers kit sets through to full builds from Pukerua Bay to Wellington, and round to Upper Hutt. As a Registered Master builder, we stand behind our homes. 

We require a Project Manager in our Wellington office. You will be part of a supported team with the opportunity to grow and further develop your expertise and skills. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure jobs are delivered on time and budget, support the builders / contractors on site, liaise with contractors, oversee Health & Safety and assist with pricing and tenders.

The key skills we require include:

• Must have a current LBP & Full Driver’s License
• Intermediate level of computer literacy and open to learning new systems
• Strong Leadership Skills & time management skills
• Organised, can work to deadlines, work under pressure
• Enjoys being part of a team, supportive of others and open to developing their own abilities
• Experience in residential project management, or experienced in construction, ready to progress to project management

Hours of Work (but not limited to):

• Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm
• Saturday - If required for Client Meetings
