This is your opportunity to add value to our community within school infrastructure projects

As a Regional Property Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting your allocated schools with infrastructure projects and the management of their property. This will include asset management, identification and management of risks, compliance, mentoring of others in the team, providing guidance around H&S in relation to property maintenance and construction and managing emergency responses.

Your strong communication skills will help you build good relationships with school Board of Trustees to support them in effectively managing and maintaining school property and infrastructure. Your main goal will be to provide property resourcing and administer the applicable policies and systems used to develop and maintain the existing network of schools.

We are seeking an analytical individual with the ability to work autonomously and with a degree of adaptability. An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, a relevant qualification in business, property, and or construction/industry knowledge you will be keen to take on and learn in this role.

With your knack of problem solving, planning, developing and implementing initiatives, you will have the ability to achieve effective and positive results with great efficiency. Relationship and time management will be key to succeed in this role alongside the ability to manage conflicting expectations.
