- KPMG New Zealand is seeking a senior leader to build and head a 40+ person team.
- Working closely with a transformation programme team, this Head of Shared Services role is pivotal to driving the establishment of, and then leading the running of a soon to be established delivery centre, which will provide a consistent, national service for the delivery of compliance and other related professional services.
Be Exceptional:
- You will focus on creating a high performing culture that is aligned to a flexible, scalable operating model, concentrating on operational excellence, consistency of service and outputs, driving growth and efficiency.
- You'll build a high performing team through being responsible for recruitment, training and development, and the on-going enhancement of the operating model.
- Navigating a complex stakeholder map will mean you’ll need to have an executive presence to be able to influence and educate stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Your management style will focus on the development of people as well as effective utilisation of technology, data insights and process improvement, to identify and explore opportunities, maximise efficiencies and grow the centre over time.

- Your previous experience of professional services, leading the establishment and/or delivery of similar operating models, and of leading significant business and operational change, will ensure that you are set up for success.
- Your strong financial & budgeting skills, and resourcing capabilities, will enable you to drive seamless processes that enhance the client/customer experience with both internal and external stakeholders.
