This highly respected firm has recently secured the contract for a large Commercial Project in the Bay of Plenty region. This is the chance to make your mark on a high-profile build, working with a management team at the top of the construction industry. The project is set to get underway in the next few months.

The Project

Depending on your experience and industry knowledge you could be leading work on either the structural or interior component of this large project. This project will be a mark of achievement on your CV, standing you in good stead for the rest of your career.

The Jobs
  
As the Site Manager, you will be supported by a site team. You will have a critical focus on the construction of your assigned package. You will oversee all trades on site, have full ownership of quality control, H&S, problem-solving, and driving the program. You will have close working relationships with the client and your colleagues in Quantity Surveying and Project Management roles.
  
Requirements

• Site Management, Supervisory or leading hand experience on commercial projects
• Experience with structural construction (steel/concrete)
• Retail experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong H&S knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
