The Opportunity

Projects

Your focus will be on vertical building projects across central Auckland and initially you will work on high end fit outs and refurbishments of mixed used developments.
 
   
Your Duties 
 
In this role you will simultaneously manage relationships with internal managers, clients, main-contractors and public offices. 

You will assist in the tendering process and remain engaged through the construction life cycle, managing the programme, risks, and ensuring construction is delivered in a safe and quality focused manner.

In short, you will be engaged from the design and concept stage right through to project completion and hand-over. 
 
Skills & Experience
 
• Project management experience from a consulting / client side role
• Commercial building knowledge
• Sound programming expertise
• Related tertiary qualification required (engineering, construction, architecture)
