The practice is highly regarded mid-size Chartered Accounting firm with five Partners and a relatively flat structure. They are a firm that embraces technology and due to organic growth have space for an additional Intermediate Accountant with a passion for accounting and advisory. They will provide financial and mentoring support for you to become qualified and further your career in public practice.
As an Intermediate Accountant you will be liaising directly with a broad client portfolio with the support of the Partners. Clients range from SME's, trusts, HNWI to large and complex entities, leading to work of a more consultative nature, allowing you to build upon your compliance experience. You will take on more advisory focused activities such as cash flow analysis, budgets, forecasts and developing strategies to resolve client issues.

Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years accounting experience in a New Zealand Chartered Accounting practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with a variety of clients
