Due to the continued success of our Christchurch Project Management team, we are currently looking for an experience project manager to lead the delivery of buildings projects for major national clients.
 
As Project Manager, you will manage and assist with deliverables on projects for clients including; investigation, analysis, design, design team management, contract documentation through to construction observation and close out of buildings projects.

You will have:

• Minimum of Five years project management experience delivering medium to large scale developments
• Prince2 or PMP qualified
• Experience delivering Housing developments or Educational projects would be an advantage
• Strong contractor management ability
• Background in engineering or design preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to further client relationships
