This main contractor
This main contractor has it all. With a phenomenal client base that exposes them to some of the tidiest commercial work in the city and a staff turnover that is below 5% this company is seriously going places! They do not the desire to be a tier 1 however will work on projects that is right for them, that is easily accessible for their site team and allows them to delivery, on time, on budget and to spec. Due to the continued growth and excellent reputation of the company is seeking to add a Project Manager with experience in the commercial side of construction; Quantity Surveying or vice versa.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience in construction project management or quantity surveying within a commercial construction environment in NZ or Australia
- Must have strong capabilities in MS Project
- Trained and Qualified in Construction PM or QS
- A high level of computer literacy (intermediate to advanced)
- A current full driver’s licence (as you will be required to travel to our worksites).
