With over 30 years experience in construction across Australasia and the Pacific, this Tier 1 main contractor continues to have a tight grip on the Auckland market.

This significant $20million commercial project falls within the Educational sector and requires an experienced Project Manager to come on board and ensure the project is handed over on time and within budget.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the delivery of projects
- Overseeing/managing a large site-based team
- Reviewing specifications and plans
- Management of schedules and programming
- Interaction with architects, engineers and consultants
- Ensuring project budgets are adhered to
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering commercial projects with ideally a trade background. You will be a great communicator and leader with a passion for meeting targets.
