One of Auckland’s leading multi-disciplined main contractors based on the North Shore is entering a growth period. With 30 years experience operating in the Auckland market they have a huge list of successfully completed projects including; Commercial, Retail, Educational, Medical, Infrastructure and Residential.
They cater for all client needs from design to project management and full construction. The directors are hands on and head up a professional management team who have implemented excellent structures and systems.
The need has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to work on various projects in the $10-$50million range.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ideally a trade background or tertiary qualified
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Site Management
- To be competent overseeing sub-contractors
- To have a proven track record completing projects on time
- Experience monitoring health and safety
- Proven experience in building on-site relationships
