The role

• 6 month contract - possible extension and other projects
• Site Manager role
• Daily and weekly planning & inspections
• Managing health & safety
• Conducting Client and Archiect meetings
• Managing in-house teams and sub-contractors
• Site administration
• Solving of technical issues

The requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Construction Mgt or similar
• Min 2 years experience in fit-outs
• $200k - $10m project experience
• Advanced skills with MS Project, Outlook etc
• Proven successful track record and reputation in the market
• Happy to do a contract role - contract is until the end of the year
