With over 25 years industry experience, this privately owned, Auckland based Commercial Construction company are a true market leader. They pride themselves on a flat management structure and a team who are highly qualified and experienced.
Due to a strong project pipeline and a period of controlled growth expected over the coming months, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to come on board and join . With multiple projects in the $2-$20million range, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Site preparation prior to commencement
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
In order to be successful with your application, you must have a proven track record as a Site Manager and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver structural envelopes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to management of on-site staff.
