We provide a full range of property repair, maintenance and upgrade services to government, corporate and private clients.
This highly visible role is responsible for the quality and completion of maintenance work in tenanted properties out in the community. Our team members represent our organisation – they wear company branded shirts and drive branded company vehicles.
Knowledge of building trades is often an advantage in this role, but all new recruits attend trades training sessions to make sure they know our customers' expectations. The absolute essentials in our business are the ability to demonstrate cultural understanding, communicating effectively, meeting customers' needs and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Our Scoper/ Supervisors spend some of their day in our South Auckland office, and most of it out in the community including at tenanted properties. They liaise between tenants and teams of tradespeople to ensure that requirements are understood, and that work is completed within the expected timeframes and to the right standard.
