Well known in New Zealand, their Wellington based team have developed a reputation for providing high quality project management services, current projects in planning and on site include large scale seismic strengthening and interiors projects, education new builds, community facilities and commercial buildings. Expanding their team in the capital to meet the high level of demand for their services, we are now seeking applicants that meet the following profile:
- Current working knowledge of NZS3910
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand building regulations
- Circa 5 years + experience working as a Project Manager in the construction / building sector
- Fluent written and spoken English essential
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to develop rapport with all levels of Stakeholder
- Strong financial skills with ability to identify risk
- Right to accept permanent employment in New Zealand
In this role you will have the opportunity to build on your existing knowledge of commercial construction and fit-out projects, controlling project management activities from project planning and set up phases through all delivery phases to hand over and defect stages. Through all stages you will represent the client's best interest in all interactions with Architects, Consultants, Council and Contractor, ensuring all stakeholders are focussed on high quality delivery to time and cost.
