Well established in the Wellington region, this Project Management Consultancy has a national capability with offices in key regional locations across New Zealand.
Now recruiting a senior level Project Manager to join their Wellington based team, applications are sought from talented Project Managers with proven experience gained representing the client as a Project Manager on building / property projects.
A preference would be shown towards Project Managers with prior knowledge of the Wellington construction / property market although suitably qualified applicants from other regions of New Zealand are invited to apply.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Degree level qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction discipline
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven relationship building skills
- Previous experience working for a Project Management Consultancy or direct for the Client
- Early stage project experience from design stage onwards
- Successful outcomes from previous projects
- Awareness of business development opportunities
Joining a close knit and highly capable team of construction and property project management professionals, as a Senior Project Manager you will be trusted by clients to manage their interests, responsible for managing interactions with all Stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget with the minimum of drama.
