About our Client
My clients is a well respected consultancy firm an they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy office in their brand new offices in the city fringe.

This firm is a long running, independent firm with high quality clients based in central Auckland and the right candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package as well a supportive and professional work environment.

Job Description Summary

• Contract administration
• Meeting clients and other key stakeholders
• Drawdown/ progress payments
• Estimations and cost planning
• Financial reporting/ Financial management
• Preparation of initial reports
• Hands on - site visits as well as office

Ideal Skill Set / Experience

• 5+ years experience as PQS
• QS Qualified (or relevant qualification)
• Commercial and residential experience of $5mill + preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail/accuracy on financial reporting
• Possess strong communication skills with a professional manner
• Awareness of legal procedures surrounding projects
