Required Skills
- MRICS / AIQS qualified with considerable industry experience collaborative with a ‘one-business mind set’
- An established senior network in the Property & Infrastructure markets and the proven ability to contribute to the development of business opportunities
- Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
- Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment.
- Experience of leading project management commissions for medium, large, sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
